Access RapidIdentity Connect

To access RapidIdentity Connect, you need the following prerequisites:

  • Full Connect Capabilities enabled via CLI Configuration (this is done by default, but other settings may alter the configuration)

  • A valid, non-expired license with associated Connect components (These begin with DSS)

  • Connect Admin, Connect Auditor, or Connect Operator System


    These roles have differing permissions within Connect.

If one or more of these prerequisites are not met, you may be able to access the Connect option on the module selector, but will not be able to view Connect content.
